  19. I suggest you call AT&T Paradyne's customer support center @ 1-800-237-0016 
  20. where they will be happy to assist you (ask you appropriate questions, etc.) 
  21. If there are issues that they can't handle, they'll call me (hopefully with 
  22. more information than "doesn't work") and we'll get you up and running.
